Pause For Paws
This 2 hour restorative class is a fundraiser for The Parkland Humane Society (PHS) and is open to all students. All donations go directly to the PHS and donations over $15 will receive a tax receipt. If you are unable to be at the class, you can still donate...last year we raised over $1000! Enjoy a pause from the busy-ness of daily life and support the good work the PHS does for the neglected and abandoned animals in our community.

“When Do We Get To The Breath Stuff?”
Open to all Continuing and Intermediate level students, this 4 week course will introduce newcomers to Pranayama as well as support regular practitioners. Pranayama, or the observation and control of breath, offers a gateway inwards through focussing and developing the subtle awareness of the mind. Restorative poses will be included.
Dates: Mondays, February 25th, March 4th, 11th and 18th

5 - Day Spring Sadhana
Sadhana is our practice; it is the way we walk forward on the path of Yoga. This quick 5 day Sadhana, will be a guided practice gradually building from one day to the next to support the deepening of understanding and capacity in Asanas (postures) and Pranayama (breath work). This is a good opportunity to introduce yourself to the benefits of daily practice, or prepare for the longer Sadhana in June. Regular practice allows the body to sustain change, the mind to settle and the heart centre to open more expansively. Open to all who have completed Beginner session.
