NOTE: All fees include GST

All classes to be paid for by session, and any missed classes can be made-up by attending an alternate class in the same session. You can attend a second class per week for -20%. 

All classes & workshops have limited enrolment. Classes are subject to change.

Class Descriptions

All Levels
Open to all levels of student, from new to experienced. If possible, new students should take a Beginner class as well.

Basics
For those who are recovering from illness or injury, have mobility limitations or who simply want to take things a bit slower, this class is for you.

Beginner
If you’re new to yoga or Iyengar yoga, this class will introduce you to the fundamental poses and concepts.

Continuing
Move into more challenging poses including back extensions, shoulder stand and its variations.
Pre-requisite: 1 beginner session

Intermediate
Explore a wider range of poses including headstand, and greater depth in all poses.
Pre-requisite: 2 years Iyengar experience

Noon

Balance your body and refresh your mind in a quick 45 minutes class. If possible, new students would take the Beginner class.

Pranayama (1 Hour)

For students currently in a Continuing or Intermediate class, this is an opportunity to explore and deepen your Pranayama (breath control) understanding and practice.

Insight Studies

These three hour workshops  will cover a broad range of topics from philosophy to Asana to Pranayama. Full details under Workshops.


Drop-In Fees:

Noon: $13
Beginners and continuing: $18
Pranayama: $15
